Havas New York, one of the largest global communications groups, launched a new creative campaign for the 27th Brooklyn Film Festival (BFF). The campaign, “Art is Better When It Movies”, highlights independent cinema by pairing award-winning BFF films with iconic pieces of art. This year, my animated short, “Buon Ferragosto”, which won the Audience Award for Best Animation at the BFF in 2023, was selected to be featured on this platform, giving my film a unique presence within the world of art.
My animated short was paired with some of the world’s most iconic artworks, including works by Henri Matisse and Edouard Manet. Check out the campaign commentary and artwork below!
